My goal for now is to not eat out! O sea NO Mickey D's, or any other fast food places. I also want to finish the 30 day shred from Jillian Michaels =)

Reaching my goals is still possible even though I am still Sick.
I may not be able to work out at the moment, but I can still watch the food intake.
Not eating after 7pm have to stick to that Rule!
no eating out!
Taking my Vitamins!
Eating Healthy/Organic/Limit the processed comida.

1)Work out 5 times a week for one Hora
2)No eating past 7pm
3)No eating out!!!
4)Take my Vitaminas!!! (so I dont get sick again)

Still Sick with an ear infection and upper respitory infection, so resting for now.

Great thread! Bueno ay que pensarla bien, okay...

1) Lose 10 lbs. (pero creanme al final me contento con cualquier cantidad que haya perdido)
2) Go back to working out 5 times a week
3) start preparing and bagging my meals on Sundays para que no me vuelva loca durante las mananas.

Por el momento creo que esto es sufieciente.

En Feb empieza el reto de los 28 days.
para todos aquellos que compraron el libro sera tremenda experiencia.. yo empiezo en feb 1.. con el STAGE 1 (week 1) FAST BREAK!

hay que sacarle provecho a el libro..

y el 28 de febrero, participare por segundo aņo en un 10k (Worlds best 10K - Teodoro Moscoso Bridge)(Puerto Rico)

en resumen: mis goals de febrero son:
1. completar: 28-day program THE SPARK
2. pesar para feb 28 - 165lbs
3. hacer el 10K (28 feb)

So the last few months I've only been averaging about 1,000 fitness minutes a month. 1,000 minutes isn't so bad but I've done better. Since February is around the corner I decided that I'm going to shoot for at least 1,200 fitness minutes for the month. Yes, I know February only has 28 days but with Valentine's along with a busy social calendar I have for the month of February I am definitely going to have to step up my game!

With that being said, what will your monthly goal for February be?
