Es que cuando hago ejercicios uso un reloj con cronometro y anoto todo lo que hago. Asi se si estoy mejorando en tiempo.
Lo importante es mantenerse activo. Esas clases de baile tuyas estan fabulosas y ademas una milla es buenisima.

Once I get off of work I'm going to spend some quality time with my lover...24 hour fitness. I'm going to jump on the treadmill and challenge myself by increasing my speed. I can't wait...running releases so much stress for me :)

So many of you are actively exercising.
Thanks for posting this discussion!
Well no exercise for me today,but tomorrow it's back to a four day routine.
I have been taking a kinesiology class at the college and it's m-f for 2 hours floor exercises to start off with and then the machines at 20 seconds each than switch to a stationary bike and then back to the machines.
This is a 6 week crammed semester and I have not seen results on the scale but I have seen them in my energy and stamina.
So where are the rest of the luscious Latinas?

I forgot to post yesterday, but I worked out like a maniac. I did level 1 of the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred before work, then after work took an interval class and did 30 minutes on the treadmill and 30 minutes on the elliptical trainer. Whew!! Today I have done nothing (1st day of my cycle and always a struggle on this day), but I will try to do at least 30 minutes of step this evening after my Spanish class.

I did my normal treadmill for more than 30 mins. I am trying to get strength training in but that is very difficult to do. emoticon Patti

I did 25 minutes on the elliptical at the gym. It actually felt good! I must have broke through some exercise barrier.

I did a 30 minute cardio dance workout on ExerciseTV onDemand, it was fun!

Currently I'm working on my strength exercises here at my desk, the ones I can do here at my desk anyways... taking advantage of an empty office.

Today, 35 minutes run on treadmill @ 7 speed 6 incline. 20 minutes Winsor Pilates Circle workout.

Later on today I going for a 2 hour walk since my car is not working and I need stuff from the store.

I just wanted to start this as a reminder and encouragement for us to get in our daily exercise. I know for me its easy for me to hit a slump because one day of no exercise rolls quickly into 3 then 5, and so on and so on.
I'll start-
so far today I did 40 minutes of step aerobics before work.
