I agree dancing is a fun way to work out. I currently take a hip-hop class at the gym and have taken Zumba classes in the past. The dance classes are so much fun, before you know the hour is up. Not only did I burn calories having a blast but I also leave feeling a little more confident with my dance moves.

Congratulations!!!! Well for the sickness and headaches Check into some herbs but double check with your doctor to make sure they are alright for the Baby. I believe Ginger is good for queasiness and for the headaches you might be lacking a particular vitamin or iron in your daily diet so again check with the doctor and drink plenty of fluids and sounds like you need some rest. But definitely keep moving your body even if it is just walking. Anymore questions ask away I gave birth to 6 healthy children.

I love to dance as well. I have good news to share, I am eight weeks pregnant, so no more losing for me right now, until next year. This pregnancy has been hard so far, very sick, can't keep anything down, but I trying my best to exercise with no energy. To be honest, I have not exercise in the last month because of lack of energy, stress from work, school and my other two boys. I know I need to exercise more now at least walk if I want a good birth. Well I talk to you ladies later. Any tips on getting rid or helping this morning sickness and really bad headaches!!!

Alright Ladies I have realized the only way to keep myself working out regularly is to Love it, or have someone calling me out.
So I have a friend of mine who has made me commit to once a week working out at the gym with her. But what about the other 6 days? Well I have always loved Dance and have taken dance lessons throughout my life, so it's time to go back to what I love. So what is it that U Love??? Let's keep active daily And Rock those Luscious Latina Bodies!!

Belly dancing exercise should help
burn 250 to 300 calories per hour and practicing vigorous dance moves for half an hour daily will offer many health benefits that include strengthening the cardiovascular system fend off osteoporosis as well as improve stamina. A heart monitor is on my list to buy.
See ladies Corina has the right idea get out to the club, just dont drink the alcohol that is such a weight gainer not to mention poisons the mind,body and soul.
I am going to be taking a dance class at my local Community college.
You can also check into your local parks and recreation.
I left out Cumbia on my list of dance.

I have heard that getting a heart monitor is great because it is more accurate on amount of calories burn per exercise.

I agree that dancing is great cardio workout, maybe that is why when I was younger I was in great shape because of all those dance clubs I used to go to and dance the night away. My husband and I were just talking about going to salsa club to dance like we use to on our date nights( which is once every two months)

Here is another way of getting our exercise in.
DANCE! It is a great workout definitely considered a cardio workout.
I am not exactly sure how many calories you burn during a 1 hour session of dance but you do burn, no matter what type of dance.
Maybe one of you could look that up for us.
Since we are all proud Latinas here are some suggestions:
Danza Azteca,Flamenco,Salsa,Merengue,Tango,
Folklorico,Afro-Brazilian
Am I leaving any out?
