Wow Your story sounds a lot like mine. I lost 50lbs and had two healthy pregnancies. I'm still breastfeeding my 2 yr old but like you my old coping skills are creeping in. My dad died in April and I went into a downward spiral. I'm just pulling myself out of it but I gained 20 lbs. So I'm back on here tracking my eating as is for now. I will start slowly to make changes so I don't get overwhelmed. I don't want to get as big as I was before I have two littles to chase after! So here's to making new lifestyle changes!

Hey there! I cannot believe that 8 years ago I started a lifestyle change that altered the trajectory of my life!

Well, 8 years added a husband, 2 kids (2 healthy pregnancies, 2 breastfed babes, one who STILL doesn't sleep the night!), and quitting smoking! So here I am. I survived it all and did well with keeping the pounds off, up until my second kiddo was born...and hasn't slept since! After 2 years of not sleeping, I realized that my old coping skills were creeping in. That's when I realized that my old lifestyle changes just didn't fit my new life. So here I am: creating new lifestyle changes.

Where is everyone else at on their journey?
