over the last two days I've noticed that being tired is a huge trigger. I woke up at 1:22 this morning and couldn't go back to sleep (one of my little girls had minor surgery at 6:30). When we got back to the hospital, I just kept eating and eating... Somehow I stayed in my range however I noticed that feeling surfacing of "what do I eat next'.

When I am emotional..so all the time :) Actually when I am upset or stressed out, I get weaker in my resolve. I am learning to deal :)

Sometimes before dinner or at night. But I have changed food around to eat more filling things to prevent it.
