I have a hard time sticking to a strict exercise plan. But on the plus i always manage to sneek in some muscle toning exercises. Here's my usualy workout for the week: muscle toning 5 times a week (10minutes of situps 10 of lower body) and cardio for 1hr maybe 2 times a week. I also eat my recomended amount from SP calories each day. What do you think of my workout? Let us judge yours aswell (be honest)
