I keep hearing good things about turbo jam. I'm going to have to look for it on ebay or something because it's not available "on demand" from my cable company.

I recently had TEN MINUTE TRAINER . It was rather hard for me and no fun So I returned it for HIP HOP ABS. Hip Hop Abs is alot of fun. I also have Turbo Jam I really like it too. Cindy

For cardio you could try Leslie Sansone's 4 mile walk. You don't have to do the whole thing, it's separated by each mile and you can even skip to the stretching. The 3rd & 4th miles have "boosted" walking which is pretty much jogging.

I want to do a video at home for the days I don't make the gym. I need something not to hard. I can't do a heart attack video but something that makes a difference. All suggestions appreciated and welcomed. Thanks! emoticon
