When I first joined, I was trying to lose 30 lbs by Dec. 31 2008... and it gave me 1200-1550 calories range... I changed my goal date to May 9 2009 (my birthday) and it adjusted my calories range to a higher range, that I find a lot easier to stay in.

Try changing your goal date to change your calories range... does that answer your question?

Wow I don't know if I could ever get down to 1200 calories. I have a had time with 1550.

It depends on where you are at. You have to update your goals as your weight drops. It won't allow you to go under 1200 calories (for a woman), so if you are there it won't drop at all.
