I did it I ate my 5 servings of veggies also I did level 15 on the bike the highest is 20. I drank and eat right.

8- 8 oz glasses of water
go for a walk
sleep 7 hrs (last night)

My goals for today:

Stay withing calorie range.
Enjoy time with DH and BIL at Natural Bridge Caverns.
Get in some cardio as well as strength training.

I go back to work tonight for 3 straight, so my goal for next 3 days is to keep within my calorie range and to get in at least 30 min of walking (without interruption) per night.

That is exactly it! And it feels so much better.
I am almost done with my water. My dinner has been planned and almost ready to serve. I went for my walk! My honey went with me. I shared my "I choose with him." I still have to wrap pipes though...so I better get to doing that soon before it gets dark. I choose to do laundry...3/4 way done. I choose to be happy, I am happy today. WE CAN DO THIS!

I am going to say that for now on I CHOOSE TO THIS OR THAT whatever it is and I am going to do it. I know it won't be easy but I am going to try. To me when you say that you are giving yourself control over the things you do and I like that.

Thanks NKCARTER I did have a good day. There were are a lot of obstacles trying to get in my way, but I overcame them all thank GOD. Hope everyone had a good day.

My goals for the day are definitely to get all my water in. With so much walking around at work, I'll probably have to get 2/3s at home, and struggle for the remaining at work. Also to finish my exercise (tomorrow's my free day~!).

Ok, so I didn't go to the gym, but I haven't touched the ice cream cake and I did get my water in. It was so nice that I took a walk outside instead of the gym, so I guess that may count :)

1) Exercise no later than Noon
2) Get errands done by 4:00
3) Get the kitchen cleaned
4) Eat dinner by 8:00

GOALS
1.) Eat breakfast 30 min. after I wake up.
2.) Exercise sooner in the day.
3.) Be sure and get snacks between meals.

I just need to make and keep a better schedule during the day.

I have seen a lot of people (myself included) saying they need to start new tomorrow lately. I thought maybe it would be good for each of us to set a daily goal. Maybe one thing that has been bugging us or that we know we need to get under control. Taking it a day at a time may make it a bit easier. We can then let each other know how we did, and set goals for the next day. Who's in?

So here they are, my goals for tomorrow.

1. Go to the gym and do both cardio and strength
2. Not eat a piece of that darn ice cream cake that is in my freezer from my hubby's bday tonight.
3. Get all my water in
