Boy but sometimes that scale scares me but I read on this site that it is not good to focus on the scale because it will hurt you. It has hurt me lots of times.

I lost 31 pounds so far then the other day I gained 6 pounds but my clothes are loose I lost a dress size also. People tell I look skinny. My clothes are super loose. Has time went on I just lost 2 pounds so I guess it balances off.

Be sure you increase your calories to match the amount of cardio you are getting now!! Your body will do anything to prevent starvation - it is counter intuitive I know, but if your exercise goes up, you calories need to be increase!

Change is whats hard, but its change that will reveal all the wonders that life has to offer

You could be gaining muscle, which weighs more than fat. At the beginning of summer 2003, I was 5'2" and 98 pounds. I started exercising for the fun of it and 3 months later I was at 130 pounds, but people kept complimenting me on how great I looked and how much weight I had "lost." My baby fat had disappeared and my legs were stronger and less chubby-looking (I walked for miles a day). My fat had turned to muscle!

so about 2 weeks ago, I was weighing in between 205-209 give or take. I haven't changed my diet, but picked up the pace when running (interval running), so I did a weigh in, and now I'm 215. I haven't started eating more, and I haven't slowed down running. What could cause this to happen?
