Sorry I took the weekend off to spend more time with my family. Computer was consuming all my time :)

For your first question, I would go to Sparkrecipes.com and enter it as a recipe to get the right calories ect.

If you have entered your food and then you eat mor or less of it, then you just click on the food and it will bring up a box for you to adjust it without removing it. Took me forever to figure that one out!

so does anyone know if I can sut calories in 1/2 for a day and manually adjust the calories w/o adjusting the food from the list?

So today after church dh and I went riding motorcycles. We stopped at a local jive for a rally. We didnot want to "eat" heavy so we split a sandwich.
Go ahead and give me the slap on the wrist, but we split a bologna and cheese sandwich.

When we got home several hours later we made a healthy homemade pizza with tuscan whole wheat crust, organic sauce and lowfat cheese. Very very yummie!!!!!!



So here is my question.....I know that I can enter foods manually, but how should I enter these two items to get my caloric intake properly for today?


Any suggestions?
