emoticon NKCARTER I lost one pound also I weight less than my sister she has always weighted less than me. Now for the first in 25 years I weight less only by 3 pounds. But it's a small victory for me but I will take it.

My small victory is that I stayed 90% on track and didn't go totally out of whack...I've consistently been 100% on track but TOM came to visit, not an excuse, I chose to eat the way I did, but didn't go way off...

Working part time at a restaurant... oh, the temptations. We had this whole bunch of food left (that I would have otherwise devoured a piece of everything), but I didn't! I was sipping water while the rest of my partners were enjoying their meals.

At the end, I rewarded myself with a sweet treat, and I'm still below my calorie intake goals. That definitely felt awesome!

I honestly logged everything I put in my mouth in nutrition tracker even thought I knew I'd go over my calorie range. As an over achiever, I HATE that I didn't get all the points on my challenge but I'm really proud that I was very honest in what I logged.

#2 - I actually got my husband to walk for an hour with me. Hooray!

I was exhausted when I came home today and just did not want to do the strength training, but I managed all six exercises (mentally whining all the way) while dinner was cooking.

Wow, another victory for me. I wanted chocolate...had the dollar in my hand to go to the vending machine, walked half way there and thought, why do you want the chocolate? I decided I was just bored, so I started doing something else and forgot all about going to the vending machine!

Adding protein and carbs to my breakfast~~for the past 2 days. I'm just getting used to eating anything at all for breakfast so this is a big step for me.

great topic! Mine was just like Alan's. I got up feeling like crap, but still came to work and ate a good for me breakfast. I am also going to go to the gym with no excuses, but that hasn't quite happened yet (since I am at work).

this is an odd victory, but an important one. I overate today...by a lot. What I learned, though, is that serious stress = poor food choices. The light bulb finally went off. Now that I'm self-aware, truly self-aware, I can start to make the necessary changes. That is a victory for me.

Ranging from not having that huge piece of chocolate cake your significant other lovingly bought for you, to not having that soda just because it was there, to taking the stairs instead of the elevator... what was your small victory today?

Mine was to drink, not only 8 glasses of water, but about 10! That is about 8-10 more than I would normally ever drink (which ranged from 0-2,3). I was struggling at 4-6 for the last week or so, but I finally shaped up (mentally, mostly), and drank water till I was sick of it. But that was my small victory today. As silly as it sounds, I'm so proud of it!
