Did you know you could track additional nutrients other than the basics SP shows for you. All you need to do is go into my nutrition and you should see a button that says "change nutrition goals" Click that and then click the button that says add another nutrient to track. It lists a bunch of other things you can track (vitamins, nutrients ect.) I suggest everyone track their sodium because that can really affect how your weigh in goes. :)
