Hello again,

I found where to add the extra meal and have done that part. But, how do you add the food entries??

Hi Jenn and Alan,

I've clicked on the search buttom and it will give me the choices where the problem is, is when I've selected the food item and the measurement boxes come up. The page won't scroll down any farther so that I can complete the selection.

I tried your suggestions, too, Alan. I'm on IE but even doing a total shut down is not working. I'll try your other suggestion, Alan, and see if that works.

Hi again Cyndy.

As for the problem of adding a new food - I've found that frustrating at times too. Most of the time it works, but every now and then I have the same problem you describe (or worse, the "add food" window doesn't even appear). Sometimes the only thing you can do is quit out of your browser and start again (sometimes restarting the computer is necessary too).

Also, it seems that some browsers don't work as well with SP as others. I've tried Internet Explorer and Safari on my computer - IE seems to work better (although I generally prefer Safari for most of my surfing).

Hi Cyndy!! If you scroll down past the meals that are listed (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snack), you can click on the words "Click to add/edit extra meals" - which then lets you define additional meals/categories for tracking. I tend to eat 6 small meals each day, so I've created extra meals named "Mid-Morning", "Mid-Afternoon" and "Mid-Evening". I use the "Snack" meal for things I munch on throughout the day (mostly sugarless gum, but all those pieces add up to a handful of caloriesY :-)

You could similarly create one called "Milk" (or whatever name you like :-) and track your milk there.

I am just guessing here, but are you hitting the search before you try to scroll. When you type in creamer (for example) it may bring a few things up on top, but if you need more items, hit the search. It will then bring up items in the box below and you should be able to scroll there. Let us know if you need more help!

I've been tracking daily and going through the eating plan each morning and changing it as needed. However, I've noticed that there is no place to add additional "foods" consumed (i.e.~coffee creamer, extra milk, etc). One of my goals is to drink 24ozs of milk daily. That adds additional calories but there is no where to track it~~at least that I can find.

Also, every time I go to "add a food not listed" and try to enter it the page won't let me scroll down to actually add it to my menu.

Anyone know how I can fix these problems??
