I haven't been checking in for a while but have been keeping up with other goals. No big results yet but I'm still doing it for the lifestyle. Welcome back. Maybe I'll make some cabbage soup. emoticon

I'm still down for the class of July even though I got distracted from my goals. I'm back to stay for a long while. I'm motivated, bought new scales, made my cabbage soup and am going to turn to my Sparkpeople friends for support. Cleaned out the frig and am keeping healthy foods on hand. I even bargained with my doctor--that I would lose 8lbs in this next month if he would wait to draw my cholesterol level. He is being supportive. I'm only down 1lb, but have 3 wks to go. This is my first time to participate in a forum. Good luck to you all!
