Venting Here.
I saw my GERD Nutritionist. I am to eat small meals 8 times per day! That means every 1 1/2 hours! That means food all the time. I was just getting used to 5 times a day. Calcium-6,Iron-11, potassium-7 so soft mini meals with vitamins, calcium tablets, and yogurt (room temp) without fruit. I must find ways to increase cal and iron..I have this info in my favorites. I gained weight so I have not used the weigh in. last was 210 lbs.
On the good note I have a new food PB2 it's peanut butter without the undigestible sugars and fat. Add with water or milk in my case as a protein drink,or sprinkle it on foods. It tastes better the next day.
And Favir a vitamin used for GERD and immume deficiencies.
In wriring this maybe I started out too fast and must work my way to these portions like I did when I started SP.
I can't do exercises in stretching and bending the stomach muscles but I can walk as much as possible. emoticon

I just came through the Fall-Fall-aparts myself.
Am finally moving again, though, and came by because I haven't been on this team board a while.

I sent everyone an email with this same info, but I wanted to post it here also.

Hello Team!

In an effort to provide as much information and support to everyone as I possibly can, I would like to get some feedback from everyone. We have been a team for about 11 weeks now and for the most part everyone seems to be doing well. Many of you have learned things about yourself that you never knew or have pushed yourself past limits that have never been attainable before. I am so proud of you all!

This journey is not always an easy one. Actually, it gets darn right tough at times. There will be (and probably already have been) moments when you just want to say FORGET IT--I JUST CAN'T DO THIS!! Well, that's where I need to be there the most. I want to be there when those moments strike. I want to be able to lend a helping hand. That's why I need your help.

I would like for you to let me know what I can do for you. If there are ways that I can encourage you best, let me know. If you need more information, let me know. If you need for me to be a Jillian or a Bob (from The Biggest Loser) towards you, just let me know! I am here to support YOU, and that is what I aim for.

I don't want to just carry a title. Ifyou find that I am getting slack or you feel that I'm not working up to the title as leader then PLEASE let me know. This journey is hard enough--I don't want to be part of the problem. Please don't feel like you will be out of line by telling me so. I'm asking you to!!

Please EMAIL your suggestions/feedback to me. It can be based on what I can do to help you individually or the team as a whole. It can be suggestions for challenges, motivation, help with food choices or exercise--whatever you think will help us out. Sometimes I get a little stuck on what I need to do or what I should do next so PLEASE provide the feedback.

As I have stated before, I am SO proud of you all!! I am happy to be your leader. I want to help you as much as possible. It's not fun going at it alone (at least not for me). We're all in this together and we can all make it to the finish line. Let's make it happen!!
