Has it really been 2 months? Wow, time flies! :)
Over this period I have made progress in different areas. I've lost 5lbs, and have lost inches all over my body as well.

I have made small progress on my journey, but progress is progress! Plus, every pound and inch lost is something I'm happy about and proud of.

It took something like SparkPeople to help me get organized and passionate about getting in better shape. Before SP came into the picture, I knew I wanted to stop gaining weight, but wasn't doing anything about it.
Now that I have the tools and motivation to keep on top of everything, it's helping so much! Lifestyle change isn't that hard when you make it a habit!

Even though my number progress may be small so far, I'm noticing positive gains in other areas. Which is very encouraging! I look better in my clothing, I feel stronger, and my stamina is way up!

This has been a great 2 months! I hope the next 2 are even better!

Spark People has been such a blessing for me! While I have been a bit lazy about logging food since I started back to school, Im still eating well and making better choices. I also try to take the stairs at least once a day which is a feat for even some fit people. (5 flights up to the English department at about 24 steps each!) I have made it back into the 100's and plan on making it "official" on Monday when I weigh in, I cant wait!

Everyone is doing so great! I couldn't do this without the support I get here, that has been the most important part!

Hello Team!
How are things in sparkland? I trust all is well!
I just finished my twelve week bodyforlife challenge and I am about to start another challenge on Monday. I do that along with turbo jam and taebo to mix things up. As a side note, I am now using the original notches that came with my belt and I can get my bat pants on now...The problem I tend to have is trying to remember to drink water!

I have lost 13 pounds so far and have so much more energy. I am finally exercising and it has made a world of difference in how I feel. So glad I found this program.

I can't believe that it has been 2 mos already!! For me, I am consistantly loosing a pound a week. The eating is the hardest part. I thought I had made a complete lifestyle change, but found out that it is really only permanant when I am at home, where I can control the food that I buy and all that. I was house sitting for a week and since she didn't have anything in her house, I ended up eating out a lot, though I did make more meals with what I got than I would have 2 mos ago. Anyway, I've missed this site since she also didn't have computer and am really pleased that I am back home in my own bed, with my own food and with my support system.

I've lost 14 lbs so far and have energy again. I'm exercising four or five days a week at least (even if some days it's just walking the dogs for half an hour). I've noticed my stamina has improved and I'm fitting into jeans I haven't worn in six months or more.

I love SP and enjoy logging my nutrition and fitness and trying to meet the goals I've set for myself. I'm trying to eat more fruits and vegetables and make healthier choices overall.

When I stared two months ago, I was totally skeptical that I'd stick with it. I'd already lost most of the baby weight, and figured I'd probably fizzle and maintain around 175.

I love getting sparkpoints, and I think that helps keep me exercising because I want to log it and see the numbers go up!

I saw my family this weekend for the first time since I joined up, and they all had wonderful things to say about my new look. That felt great! And, I'm down to only one pair of pants that still fit. Hello, shopping!

I've had an amazing two months. I've learned how to eat better and feel better, and was able to stop taking acid reflux medication completely. I can now run for 25 minutes straight, when two months ago I thought running for even 1 minute was hard! Best of all, I've lost 30lbs (from a high of 206 in the weeks before I started SP) and people are noticing. Clothes I bought years ago fit me again, and I'm starting to put away pants that are too big for me now. I still have another 40lbs to go before I get into a normal BMI range, but I'm out of the "obese" range and for the first time in my life I know I can achieve a healthy weight in a healthy way. I feel wonderful and in control of my life!

I've lost 4 pounds but over 5 inches in the last 60 days. Working out consistently has helped tremendously with both my mood and energy level. I'm eating much better and just feel much more in charge of things. Can't wait to drop a few more pounds tho:)

KimPossible - having a 10 year old girl, I must say that I love your name!

I guess the biggest change for me is getting my eating under control and tracking everything that I put in my mouth - that has helped tremendously. It's all a (positive) domino effect. Getting my eating under control gives me a feeling of success coupled with the weight loss and I feel that I can reach my goal with confidence.
