I like to use the spark nutrition menus and it is filtered to be vegetarian.
If I don't do that then I have a superfood smoothie, b/c all I need to do is throw it all in a blender and head out the door:) way healthy and delicious.

Glad to hear the recommendation of Kirkland cereals. I eat Cheerios, frosted mini-wheats, Total, or Post Select cereals. I use skim milk, and I also have a glass of orange juice. It's a good start to the morniing.

I have three breakfasts I rotate through, but all are similar. I will have cereal (Kirkland's Cranberry Macadamia Nut, Kirklland's Blueberry Pecan, and Quaker Oats Raisen, Date and Walnut Oatmeal); Kirkland's Egg Starts (once a month or so I will have a real egg); 2 cups mixed berries, and 8 oz skim milk.

I rotate between 3 main choices. I like cereal with fruit. In winter I eat hot cereals-not the packages but Zoom, Oat Bran, Cream of Wheat etc. I usually add raisins when I cook it. I have found most do well in the microwave for 5 minutes at 50% power.

Some days I want an egg and 1 piece of sausage and toast.

A quick almost no work breakfast is to take a piece of Whole wheat bread, add some sliced cheese (I love Edam) and toast in the toaster oven until the cheese is melted. Weigh your cheese though as it can be high in calories and it doesn't take much (1 oz)

I always have 1 cup skim milk and 1/2 cup orange juice with all the above to give me a complete meal.

Today i had a smart ones canadian bacon style english muffin sandwich.They are pretty good and only takes around 2 minutes to prepare. So extemely good if you are in a rush.

Usually every day at work I have oatmeal also. My favorite is Quaker's Honey Nut. I also have 1 cup of coffee with 2 tsp sugar and sometimes the International Delight individual creamer. After that one cup I commence to trying to make myself feel like a water balloon! emoticon

On the weekends I either eat cold cereal, fruit or make scrambled eggs with garlic, onions, salsa, and cheese (YUM!).

I love breakfast! I usually have cold cereal with half a banana or else add raisins. And also a half glass of orange juice. I like that I'm getting a lot of vitamins, and sometimes lots of fiber with my cereal. Of course, I have to have two cups of coffee, too, which probably takes the place of the water I should be drinking. But I make up for that the rest of the day.

On weekends we often splurge. My husband will make an omelette, or I'll make apple pancakes. The syrup is high in calories, but you have to treat yourself sometimes!!

Every work day, I have 3/4 cup of oatmeal with some cinnamon and 1 packet of sweet-n-low. I also have a cup of coffee.

On the weekends, I usually have eggs or cereal. The oatmeal works well for workdays because I can bring it with me to work and make it using the hot water in our water cooler.

I usually eat a South Beach protein cereal bar before going to work out. After that, I sometimes eat a piece of bread with almond butter & 1 tbsp of jelly. On days when I have time, I'll make scrambled eggs w/ onions, etc and wrap it up w/ some goat cheese in a low carb tortilla. SO GOOD! :)

Today my boss surprised me with a Tomato Basil Bagel w/ Lite Veggie Cream Cheese from Big Apple Bagel. Very different from what I usually have in the morning but it was nice having something different.

Tues I had p butter and banana on an english muffin
wed I made an egg McMuffin
Thurs I'm having slim fast shake (have to clean a big house today and if I eat I will feel queasy)

Home made cheese danish:

One toasted Eggo Nutri-grain blueberry waffle topped with 1/4 cup of low fat or non fat ricotta cheese, sprinkled with cinnamon and a dash of sweetener (ie splenda etc..) sometimes I top that with fresh blueberries or strawberries - heat in broiler for a minute or so or eat cold.

It's great with a cup of coffee!

I really don't like traditional breakfast foods, I was wondering what is everybody else is eating? I usually have left over dinner , maybe cottage & fruit or an english muffin with peanut butter. emoticon
