I've been dealing with a cold as well and find that I have had no energy or appatite the last few days. Yesterday, I finally started getting my appetite back in the afternoon, but I still feel crummy. I haven't done any excercise this week and really am feeling the difference in my body. I can't wait to get back to feeling like I can excercise again. Anyway, anyone have good ways of getting rid of colds?????

Don't stress and God bless!

I'm just a little stressed because I stepped on the scale and found out that I've gained 1 1/2 pounds since I got sick and I wanted to reach a goal by my birthday on Sunday. I'm feeling a little bummed because it was reachable before I got sick but I don't think that I can lose that much in 4 days.

I agree with Jasmine. If you are not feeling well, then you don't want to overdo things. Resting may be the best thing for you right now. Just make sure you are eating as well as possible and drinking lots of fluids. Take it easy! I know how it is to try to get back on track after being sick. I had an upper respiratory infection earlier this year and it had me feeling awful. It took some time for me to recover.

I hope you feel better soon. Once you are well, if you want me to pester you until you get back on track I will!! emoticon

I wouldn't do any exercise until you are fully over your cold. Our bodies need time to heal, don't push yourself you could end up injuring yourself.
Take care.

I've had a cold for the past week. I tried to still work out but I was just too drained to do anything. I'm starting to feel better but still don't feel like doing much and have a cough. When should I push myself to start up again and get back in to my exercise routine?
