That was a good article. good tips and a handy little reference for serving size. Here's a question: I noticed on my bag of baby spinach that one serving is 3oz, or 2 cups! So I wonder if that's because they assume you're going to cook it and it wilts down to nothing? So is the 2 cups of uncooked baby spinach only 1 serving of veggie? I've been eating this for lunch with chicken on top, and if that's only one of my daily veggies then I'm in big trouble...

Does anyone have a handy way to figure out what one serving of fruits and veggies are? I just noticed on my nutrition tracker a fruit and veggie tracker, but I'm not sure what constitutes one serving.

Thanks Much!
