i'm still keeping the water goal. i've been really good with it Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays, but by Thursday i'm sick of water and annoyed the number of trips to the bathroom that 9 glasses of water requires.

The gym gets easier the more you go. I used to make excuses about not having time or not feeling like going. I had to make it part of my routine and now I kind of miss it if I skip a day.

Hello all! I've been setting weekly goals for myself and wonder if anyone else does the same and if so, what are they?
