Oh no! I'm so sorry to hear about your accident. I agree with CHRYSTALLEE23. Walking would be good. If you watch your calories and walk you should be good. I hope you get better soon!

what about just walking? even if you can't walk very fast, it's better than nothing.

So... I have minor whiplash from an accident I was in. And I don't think I can do regular exercise until it's healed. Any suggestions on how to burn of the calories safely?
