As long as you just ache then I'd say you're probably doing exactly what you should be doing. If you are in actual pain then you may be overdoing it.

To help combat soreness, try drinking a bottle of water an hour before you work out. The water helps with the acid that builds up in muscles when you work out. Also, remember to always warm up and cool down (with stretching!).

I always take the aches as knowing I'm doing something right. emoticon By the 4th day of working out the aches usually subside for me. Then on days that I work a muscle group that hasn't been worked in a while I feel it the next day. Keep up the good work!!!! emoticon

I have been doing the exercise recommend for my weight lose plan and a few others as well over the past 3 days. My question is this. My whole body is one big ache lol. Am I over doing it? And if anyone has any tips on make the pain that I knew I would get at the beginning to ease up that would be great. emoticon
Thanx
