Yes, I've been taking skating lessons since late November - super fun. I can't wait 'til I'm good enough to play in the local women's league. There are more casual co-ed leagues, but they're no-check because of the difference in size between the men and women, and I think the checking looks like half the fun!

Nice reset, CHIRORENGO. Are you a chiropractor? guessing from the userid...

I've been maintaining for years now. My activity level is easy for me - I get restless when I'm still for any length of time, but I still slip into periods of eating on the road and that's never good food. Lately I've been looking for ways to maintain my cardio base once its too icy to run outside (I hate the dreadmill) and I think my solution is going to be ice hockey. We shall see how I do!

Greetings everyone,

Sorry I haven't been active. My new practice has been taking off but we still haven't been paid from insurance companies, therefore, I have been working 30 hours a week on my online job as well as practicing full time for a great 60 hour workweek emoticon Unfortunately, that means that I have not been active with my spark team or workouts and I have gained weight again. Today, I got up at 6 and went to the gym for thirty minutes. I realized the only way to keep the weight off is to stay active.

But enough about ME! How are all of you doing?
