Congratulations Crystol!!!

I agree... I did not exercise for so long, that in the beginning I had to hold on to ANY exercise was better than what I had been doing.

Oh my life is good. Being strong and staying the coarse is good. Planning my meals and snacks is good. Tracking EVERY BLT (bite, lick, taste) is good. Doing my exercise, no matter how much -- since I did little, is VERY good
I am down 4.2 this week. That means I have finally met my 20LB Goal. I thought this was going to take until new years, LOL!!!!!!
I have been bouncing back and forth for a few weeks getting more discouraged each week. KNOWING it was MY own fault for not doing any exercise. Eating only my daily calories allotments, but not good nutrition!!!!
Following the plan DOES work.

Life may not be the party we hoped for, but while we are here we might as well dance. Remember Dance like no one is watching!!
