Thanks to all who responded. I am feeling a lot better about returning. I have decided to start back with Stage 1, reading everything again, setting some new goals. I'm going to take my time this time.

also you might want to look for a buddy. someone with similar goals who you can check in with daily. it helps with reminding you stay on track.

Hi Marie! Welcome back. I'm sure this team can give you all the support you need. Start out slow and find out where you're at and take it from there. If you need help or motivation, feel free to let me know and I'll be there for you. It's really not much different from trying to be better at things and working towards new goals. You can do this!

Hi Marie. First I'd like to say emoticon back.

It can be hard to start again but as long as you have the desire you are going in the right direction.

Start out small. My best advice is to write out some goals. Not just long term but short term as well and take it day by day.

This is an incredibly supportive, fun and motivating team. Come join us on our challenges. emoticon

Like Cari said I don't think changing groups matters unless you are not getting the support you need. Start tracking food and fitness again. That is always the best start to get back on track.
You can do this 1 day at a time.

Hi Everyone,
I've been gone for about a month and a half, and am not sure how to get re-started. Life just kinda took over and I stopped taking care of myself. Should I start back at stage 1? Should I join a different group where they are just starting on stage !?

All I know for sure is that I want to start moving forward again, get back on track.
