I found the flavor of Olive oil to strong and have started using Grapeseed Oil (available at my local Walmart)

I also like avocados for sandwiches, with burritos, beans, in salads, etc.

And I cook with Extra Light (flavor) olive oil. It basically doesn't have a taste, but it's still the healthy fat. You can even use it for baking, etc. because it doesn't have the olive oil taste.

I (thought) I looked through the nutrition articles... but maybe I didn't see the ones you are talking about... could you point me in the right direction... is it a message board topic, an article, ... ?

thanks for the reminder about nuts... so obvious (duh)... and i've never tried nut butter... might look into that...

There are some good articles about good fats here on spark people.

Look into nuts like walnuts, almonds and cashews or even nut butter.

i'm having a hard time finding enough good "fats" to put into my nutrition plan... on my reports page... i notice lately my carbs are up quite a bit higher than they should be and my fats are quite a bit too low... though I am staying within my weight-loss caloric range.... any suggestions?

thanks
