Y Thanks! I think while I was on here i sorta noticed it, but never really read it. I am gonna look into that water drinkin thing, that is sorta a pit fall of mine. Thanks again!

If you look on the main page, I just created a challenge for any member who wants to join to drink 8 classes of water emoticon . If you want to join that one you can. Then on the My Sparkpoints area when you go to the my other goals link you can add daily how much water you drink and it will be tabulated with our team goal.

All of the above.

There is an area on the team page where the team leaders (Pam and Myself) can (and will) designate a challenge for the entire team. Any member who wants to join can choose to join. Based on how many members joined, the team leaders can estimate a total amount they would like to see the team reach. Since this is a SP class team for new spark people we hadn't started doing that challenge yet. We wanted to allow everyone a couple of weeks of getting to know the site and beginning some form of exercise routine before we started it. Check in the next couple of days. You will see that some challenges will be added. In the meantime, Pam has been posting daily challenges for everyone to do.

You can always create your own challenges too. What better way to push yourself than to challenge yourself!!!

Hello Everyone! So I have been on the site for a couple of weeks and doing ok. My Mother is also on here in various teams. On a lot of her teams, I see different "challenges" for dead lines to reach a target weight or running so many miles by a certian date, etc. Is this something that is created by the team, or is there a spot on this site where you can go and pick out your own challenge? Or are they just challenging them selves through their own self motivation? HELP!!
