Day 7 for me too. weigh in tomorrow!!!! Its actually going ok. I've had a few slip ups but on the whole i've been really good, and feel great for it! I'm still craving loads tho....will the cravings ever go??

emoticon everyone for staying motivated. Remember that there are basic rules:

1. Take everyday as one step at a time.
2. Don't be too hard on yourself. You are now learning new habits and your body is not going to want to change with out a fight - so hang in there.
3. Be honest - you will only cheat yourself
4. If you feel the need to binge, get on sparkpeople and keep your hands busy so you cannot feed yourself.

You are all doing well. I'm really happy to see that. Keep us posted.

Doing ok, today is the seventh day and weighed in. Lost two pounds thought it was going to be more but I'll take it. I have a long way to go can't waste time losing motivation now.

Day 8 and I feel much better than on day 5 and 6, no weight loss but an over all feeling of less size

I am doing well with the water intake. Love those darn Spark Points for drinking 8 glasses. Doing ok with cardio and strength training. As for staying below the recommended calories per day... that has been harder. However, I find that committing to logging all my food does make me think twice.

Today is my day 8 and I am having a hard time today...oh boy am I craving bad food big time! But there is only 3 or 4 hours till bedtime...I can make it!

Today is my 7th day. woo hoo. The last 2 days have been quite hard and they certainly tested me. DAMN MUNCHIES!!! But my will power, overpowered them. Thanks to everyone on this site. Without this site, I probably would have given in.
