You should at least try and eat the foods you already know are healthy and in your calorie range - you can always buy a small calorie book to take along - and just write down everything you eat in a journal. And, of course, be sure and get in some activity and drink all your water!

Hey everyone,
I am getting ready to go away with my family for a weeks holiday...no computers...any suggestions for not loosing the progress I have made and for keeping track of my food while I am away.
