I loooove my Wii Fit. I wanted to bring it on Vacation with us! It does have some 'games' for your balance that are really fun- the aerobics are fairly fun too. DDR can be a big work out, but playing from home (on the mesh mats) inhibits the game a bit, and the Wii edition (hottest party) is pretty hard unless you turn the hand movements off. The selection of songs is not so great either. The Wii Fit is definitely a great addition to your Wii collection, and if you don't have a Wii, it is a pretty good reason to buy one (it really is an amazing game system!).

Life is not fair, or unfair, it is simply what you make of it!

I have one, I like it but I'm hoping they come out with more of a dedicated aerobics program. I find the activities a little bit too short. I read that Jilian from the biggest loser is designing a fitness game for it due out at x-mas.

I just saw something on a friends site that there is a couple Wii Fit groups under 'fitness and exercise'. You can do a search and they will pop up. I'm sure you can get lots of info and questions answered there.

IT IS. Be ready to be sore. I didn't realize how much of a work out it is, but I was really sore the next day.

Does the Wii Fit have fun things on it, by which I mean exercise disguised as games? We've got a Wii, but I'm wondering if it's worth the $$ for the Fit. I need motivation to exercise, and either a game or competition would do it. I've also been considering DDR (dance dance revolution). Anybody have both DDR and Fit?

Me and my partner have one, had it since it came out in the UK. I really enjoy it. It helps keep on top of them goals. plus the more you do it unlocks more games, reps and exercises to stop you from getting bored. I love doing the hula hoop and yoga poses the most!
Definitely a good buy for the family!!

My ex-boyfriend and I had one and it was great. Unfortunately he got the WII in the breakup.

It was a great way to exercise, entertain and get your family involved. If you can afford, I say go for it.

My family got the Wii fit about 3 weeks ago. Everyone is enjoying it. You can do daily weigh ins and it tracks your weight and your work outs for you. There are so many activities and they open slowly as you get better and stronger. We haven;t gotten tired of it and even though the activities are fun, they are also very useful AND tireing.

Anyway, that's what I think of it. Your mileage may vary.

I said something to my husband lately about that as I like to play video games and was wondering if I would enjoy the Wii Fit. Unfortunately, we don't have a Wii and with other expenses (especially gas), I don't think we'll be getting one anytime soon. I would like to hear other's input if anyone out there has tried it!

Has anyone tried the Wii Fit? I've been thinking of trying it (if I can find one), but I'm wondering if it would get boring quickly.
