yea you can do it where the meal plans are, you just click on don't show meal plan and then add food, it's pretty easy, just search for the food you want to add and it will find most things!

Is there a place to track what you have eaten if you're not using the meal plan? I am going to start using the meal plan next week but for now I am trying to just get used to the site. I thought I saw a place yesterday to do that but now I can't find it so maybe I'm thinking of something else. Thanks!
