I am a returning member so this might help -- I found that when I first joined, I tried to do everything at once -- set up pages, respond to posts, get all the SP emails, join teams and challenges. I got hundreds of emails everyday and was thoroughly overwhelmed. You might just want to start more slowly, do one thing at a time for a day. Don't join a lot of teams and challenges all at once. Start small tracking your food and your exercise, and add one thing at a time? Or, of course, whatever works best for you!

You can customize your sparkpage and use all the information from there.

I have my sparkteams on my page. This way I can just go directly to the teams to post messages. You can post all your fitness and nutrition info from the box on your right upper corner where it says sparkpoints. When you click on view sparkpoints it takes you to all the different places where you can view your points and take it from there.

I am finding the site difficult to use because there are so many things on one page. Can I adjust this at all? For example, My fitness minutes, Message board hot topics etc...It feels like the pages are cluttered and difficult to navigate. Any suggestions? :)
