My Summer Goal:
Make it to ONEderland by August 31!
Work out to JM Body Revo. 6 days a week!
Cut back on drinks! ( Don't mean to sound like a lush here, but I enjoy my evening wine!)

Summer goals, I want to be down 10lbs by July.

How I plan to accomplish that: Run 15miles/week
Hit the gym 3 times a week
Eat more fruits and veggies
TRACK EVERYTHING!
I would like to see my abs by the end of the summer and to be able to run 8 miles straight.

Here goes nothing

5 days a week of gym but only the carido of 70 mins a day...

Cardio for 30 minutes 6 days a week, strength training 3 days a week for 20 minutes.
I want to be at my goal weight and goal size by the 20th of August (just before I have to leave for school.)

Now that summer is here, my courseload is cut in half so I am hoping to start up on my fitness again. I would love to lose pounds but that seems so hard for me to do- I am either too extreme to lessen the numbers or too lax. So I have decided to just concentrate on working out. I want to do cardio at least 5 days a week for 30 minutes and work in weights 2 of those days. I'll see where I am in a month!

ok, so in Jan i had all these great goals... i wanted to be able to look amazing for the Rammstine concert, and do a really hot costume for phoenix comicon.... the concert is on Friday and comicon is next week..... and lets just say that I apparently forgot about those goals for about 5 months.. and I know I am not the only one. So I am resetting my goals, and i am breaking them down into mini goals.... so instead of 60 lbs by Jan. I am setting a goal of 8 lbs a month! (totally doable and will would put me at my goal weight by Jan) hopefully this keeps me motivated... Anyone else got any great ideas that help you stay focused?

Also I am trying to get more active on here, and with Your shape fitness evolved on the 360, let me know if anyone wants to do some challenges! emoticon

Motivation doesn't last but neither does bathing, that's why it is recommended daily.
