Birdee135, thank you for sharing your experience. I'm happy to hear that you have found resolution to your stomach attacks and a very good reason to stay away from the flour. I had a similar experience last night. I've been trying to get alcohol out of my life, I went 69 days without drinking and then decided I could reintroduce alcohol back into my life. I enjoyed a wonderful dinner out with my family, but then as I tried to sleep - I had terrible hot flashes, anxiety and just felt terrible. It was a similar "message" to me -- STAY AWAY FROM ALCOHOL.

Today is EASTER - a day of new beginnings for us!!

Hi everyone. So I've been praying so much for help staying on a healthy food plan, and letting go of eating trigger foods like white flour and sugar, but it just wasn't happening But I kept praying because I have faith that answered prayers happen in God's time and to never give up. Well for about a year I've been having these awful spasmodic stomach attacks. Nobody could figure out what was causing them. Well, the "silver lining" in this annoying ailment is that I tried not eating gluten to see if that would make a difference. Turns out, my attacks have subsided. I feel that these stomach attacks were actually a blessing, because now I am not eating flour. I know that sounds a bit crazy, but answers come in different ways, sometimes with a little pain. I am just grateful and feel much better to be off flour and gluten. Even if it took a drastic measure from my higher power, whom I choose to call God. Blessings to all of you. - Carol
