Computer is working, car is fixed, I start training my replacement tomorrow. This means no water class for a while. I bought some videos to do though, TaeBo which last week kicked my butt! I used to do a beginner's tape and it was easier for me. Now to increase my strength. Still working on DH as far as retirement. I am hoping he retires in Jan but he's thinking about next July.

I have been consistently working out, seeing good changes in my body, feeling stronger in my core. Still have issues in the hips and feet.

Still struggling to cut back on sugars and eat a more plant based diet. Things are a bit crazy, work is difficult as the Co-worker took a 3 week vacation. Looking forward to retirement on Sept 25th!
DH's truck's not running, so I am his transport to and from work. The computer seems to have forgotten it's IP address. A bit stressed.

I have been bouncing up and down with 5 lbs...so my goal this month is to quit bouncing and start truly losing again

My goal for this month is to make wise choices --less empty calories and better fuel for my body.

Workout consistently - strength at least twice a week!

Any specific goals for this month that you are working on?
