So today I started eating right and exercising. For 30 days, I'm going to do a variety of JM routines, moving to more difficult each day. I get bored easy, so this routine will work well for me. Today I did 30 Day Shred Level 1 and I want to die. I had to stop a few times, but I finished on my feet and not flat on my back like I thought I would. Yay me!

Here are my stats:

Age: 37
Children: 1
Job: Desk job
Height: 5'2"
Weight: 145 (heaviest ever, except pregnancy)
Arms: 11" (jiggly)
Chest: 38"
Waist: 37" (disgusted)
Hips: 41"
Legs: 21" (jiggly as well)

I used to be 36" 30" 36" and I know I can get back there because I did after pregnancy.

Let's see what 30 days can do.

EDIT: Also, i just did Cardio Kickboxing Level 1. I ate a healthy dinner and still had a ton of energy so i figured, why not? Was sweating like a pig...it was great.
