It can be done. I'm down 86 pounds so far with another 22 to go! It's not easy. I had my doctor change several of meds to weight neutral ones from weight gainers. Topiramate was also added to the mix which helps keep my appetite in check. The addition of exercise helped a lot too!

If you look up 'Christopher Adams training' you'll see all of the different options. Although I got it through groupon. There are usually quite a few different suppliers but I've not tried any others.
Must say though, I stopped listening to the tracks and all the weight, plus a lot more went back on.

It is never too late to be what you might have been.

I would like to learn more about the hypnotherapy. You probably can't tell me the site but what should I look for? I've tried visualization and EFT (tapping). Is this different?

Energy flows where attention goes.

A couple more lbs down. I think the hypnotherapy has been the key to getting my head in the place to finally resist the effects of the meds,

Hi all,

I weighted myself at the weekend and I was down 6lbs from the beginning of January. I think that I finally found the secret to curbing the carb cravings and increased appetite caused by the meds.

I'm not say that it's a wonder cure and will work for everyone, I'm also not getting paid to advertise at all. I just tried home (online) hypnotherapy. It was my last hope. I'd tried various pills and miracle 'cures'. It was on groupon for a fraction of the price, so I thought 'I've got nothing to lose'. Well I did, I lost weight. I am amazed and overjoyed and I don't feel hungry.

Woohoo!
