I'd say my daily biggest hurdle is getting up in the morning to go work out. I've got a work out partner now who will call or text me if I sleep in. So that is great, she makes me show up and I do the same for her on her non motivated days.
The biggest hurdles overall for my diet are quite a few. I work from 2:30pm - 10:30pm so my days aren't like normal people days. Everyone at work orders out but I've stopped ordering out and have brought my lunch everyday. Unless of course they are going to Subway. Another problem with this shift is that I have a lot of single friends who like to go out after work. The only things open that late are not healthy. I've gotten the nutrition menu for the places that we go and I stick to it so I know what I'm getting before hand. I've also made it so I will only join them once every two weeks or so. That's the hardest part for me, because I get left out of some fun times. I know that this is what I have to do for me to make me healthy. On those times I do go out though I don't get angry with myself for going I just make myself get up and go to the gym in the morning.

My hurdles are several: 1) I've hurt my foot so that limits the exercise, 2) I'm very busy with 14 hours of college and a part-time job and the biggest hurdle for me is 3) being almost 51 and just don't have the energy to exercise. emoticon

my biggest hurdle is around 3 pm. Or if I don't eat a good lunch I want to snack

I know planning will not always work but maybe ( ido this also)have a pear or another piece of fruit ready to eat on mway home, I know what you mean on working out but I know how good I feel when I do so that helps motivate

( only those who risk going to far know how far they can go)

My two biggest hurdles are when I get home from work - especially if I don't eat a decent lunch and getting started exercising! :/ It's a daily battle!

what are your weakest points? I have trouble in the middle of my day mainly out of boredom and when I get home from work. what point or situations do you have trouble with and how do you deal with em?
