So excited to read all of your postings and seeing that you are grabbing 2012 by its horn. Your goals are great ones. I totally wasted the month of January and gave in to POP. But starting yesterday I decided to get back on the horse daily and focus on what I can accomplish each new day.
I have some super exciting news to share with all of you. I do not know if you are aware that I had entered this video contest back in December, the Year of You video contest for the Biggest Loser Fitness Ridge Resort hoping to win 4 phenomenal weeks at the resort.... Guess What!!!
I MADE IT!!! I WON!!! I am one of the ten winners chosen to spend 4 weeks at the resort focusing on me and learning what I can to have success on this journey. Although I cannot pack up and go today or this month. I am planning for late Spring early Summer but in the meantime I will be working my butt off till then hoping to not be as in bad shape when I go as I am right now. My reward for working hard now will be spending 4 weeks at the BL resort.
I am still in shock, overwhelmed, dazed.................... I wanted to share the good news with my fellow sparkers.
Keep working hard everyday because you all deserve to be healthy and fit. I believe in you, believe in yourself too.
Long-term Goal: To overcome my hesitation and stay focused long enough no matter what happens in my life.
Medium-Term Goal: Reaching my goal 5% at a time.
Short-Term Goal:
*Drink my water daily
*30 min Exercise (and work my way up) 4 times/wk
