I saw Elvis one time in person also, but I was way in the top of the auditorium and I didn't have binoculars, so I didn't really "see" him. That would have been around 1973 I think...

It would be great to be able to take an early morning walk. Unfortunately, I have to be at work at 7:30 so with fall coming on it is too dark to walk before work.

I did 15 minutes of Calisthenics at lunchtime and after work I went to a 45 minute Jazzercise class.

Being a Christian isn't about religion. It's about a relationship with the One who made us. I'm so thankful to be one of His.

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Philippians 4:13

Do not ask the Lord to guide your footstep, unless you are willing to move your feet.

God grant me the serenity to accept those I cannot change, to change the one I can,
and the wisdom to know itís me.

Good Thursday Morning! I woke up very refresh this morning. I actually went to bed at 7:30p.m. and got
up at 4a.m. I usually do get up at 4a.m. but I never
go to bed that early. I do not know if I ever mentioned this before but I did get to see Elvis in
concert three months before he passed away. One could
see that he was not feeling well but honestly he gave
a great performance. That was the first and last time I got to see him in concert. I feel lucky that I did. I am going to change my exercise routine this morning. I am going to go out for a morning walk before work. I always plan to but then usually
exercise in the house. Today I want to get some fresh air. My preschool class is suppose to be full today so I need energy to keep up with the two year olds. I find when I exercise in the morning I have more energy. What is everyone doing today? Everyone, please have a GREAT and BLESSED THURSDAY!
