To eat what you need to fill you up and not be hungry is a big key....
I find protein helps with this.....eggs etc

i do think it is important never to be hungry and now we have the options of so many foods i think it is great .going to try your celery trick tonight

Eat More - sounds odd on a WW board. I felt hungry tonight and last night and realized that there are zero point foods that I can eat to fill up and not feel the hunger. I came across a celery, light cream cheese, raisin and walnut spread for 3 points on the app. I made that tonight and kept myself busy, but know I need to eat more of zero foods.

Just do it !
