It came back that I gained weight 2 pounds. I am ok with that as I am about to get my monthly friend and I ate a lot of frozen dinners too. Not use to that. I worked out and did not go over my points so maybe it's just muscles. We shall see!

I was down 3# today! But that would be a two week loss b/c we were closed last week due to the snow storm. Our meeting total for today was 37 pounds -- very good for a class of about 25 to 30 and we tend to have about 5 maintenance members every week who are holding steady and not adding pounds lost to the figure!

The discussion continues as to whether members like the Simple Start for long term or switching to the Points Plus ---- it's a divided kind of opinion!! Interesting to hear what everyone has to say though --- I'm into the counting of points myself - b/c it's working for me and why mess with something if it's working!

Hi everyone, i lost .8 i have been losing very slowly . I dont know if menopause has anything to do with it or not. i have been going through it for about 3 wks now. I have been eating so much better too.

I re-joined WW beginning January. My first weigh in I was lighter than usual since I had been sick the day before and couldn't keep food down. So second week showed a 2.4 gain. emoticon But I knew that would happen. Week after that I lost 1.2 and this week was down .6. So almost to that original weigh in. emoticon

Great weigh-in, TUCKYTEX! Although I'm sure you got the lecture that you need to slow it down a bit, right? I'm no expert by any stretch, but 9.5 lbs seems like a lot for one week. Heck, I lost 4 lbs one weigh-in and got the lecture!

Here's the link to the Daily Target Suggestions on the Weight Watchers sight. Maybe that will give you a good idea of how to spread out those points? I wrote the one that fit my DP on a post-it note and stuck it on my fridge.

Way to go on that 9 lb. 14 oz. You are doing awesome! I love it that you are loving WW - I love it too! It took me a few weeks to find my working system on spreading the points over the day too. I was also eating too much fruit in the beginning and didn't lose consistently --- you live and learn - that's for sure!

Looking forward to another winning week at losing next week ------ only a WW understands that sentence!!!!

Hello everyone,
I lost 9 lb 14oz! my first week, I am soo happy, I really needed that boost. Good job to the rest of you! I am loving ww, it fits into my life so easily except I need to learn how to spread out my points better because I tend to be starving by dinner and have over half my points left. I hope next week is a good week to! :)

Irregularity sure isn't a problem here! LOL Constipation doesn't have a chance with all these fruits and veggies I consume. Funny, but this is the first diet I've been on where I'm actually enjoying them more than chips, crackers, etc that they've replaced. I don't know if it's just age making me feel the effects of too much junk food more or the fact that they are zero points and I'm happy not to be spending my points.

My hormones are pretty whacky. I can easily gain 7 lbs in water weight the couple of weeks before my period starts. I've learned to not give too much power to the scale due to that alone. I remind myself that if I'm working the plan correctly, fat is melting off no matter what the scale says or what my hormones are doing. And loosing FAT is the goal here, not necessarily that number on the scale.

emoticon LOSERS!!!!! This is a great topic going on in here! LOVE reading how everyone is losing! This must be the winner's circle gathering together!!!

I'm noticing a lot of WWs typing or saying that they lose well about every OTHER week --- wonder if there's anything scientific about this? I've also heard several who have mentioned that even though WW allows all the fruit/veg for free, that they have developed a bit of an irregularity --- ???? and you'd think the opposite would be happening with the increase in fiber -- who knows?!? some things just don't make sense some times!

Congrats to all and let's keep on keepin' on!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I did great, too! I lost 2.4 lbs. Funny, I'll go for weeks and lose less than half a pound each week. Then suddenly, WHAM! My weight loss is 2-4 lbs for the week. Go figure! LOL
