I don't get tingling in my face, but my arms and hands and feet sometimes go numb and tingly when the anxiety hits. I also get chest pain. Usually the tingling goes away as the anxiety goes down. I replied to your other post as to how to manage anxiety.

Blessings,
Cynthia

In face no. I get burning, tingling, stabbing, etc. in my chest during what my doctor tells me is anxiety attacks. I don't know. Hope you get well.

Does anyone else get the burning and tingling feeling in your face and/or body during a panic attack?

How long does it last?

Thank you!
