Good job on the weight loss!!! My WI is tomorrow...really dislike having it on Mondays...I REALLY need to behave today, because yesterday

The weather here isnt great, but not too bad yet...its horrible to say, but I hope it does get worse...then DH will be stuck at home one more night before heading back to S'toon area! emoticon

Good morning! I'm afraid to look out the window this morning as I can hear the wind blowing and blowing out there. Not much planned for the day, housework and laundry maybe some grocery shopping. My weigh in was supposed to be yesterday but my wii needed batteries so I weighed today and was down 1.1 - yay! Still focusing on what I'm eating and portion size.

How is the crazy weather in your area?? Right now its not bad here, a decent amount of snow over night, enough to make the highways slippy but not treacherous (we still went to the city)...I am interested to see what tonite/tomorrow will bring!

This week has been a little crazy...really liking the alternate day thing. Not extremely active like last week, but still active...cross country skiing, some basketball and out snowmobiling(which I am sure is going to hurt tomorrow!)

How are you all doing?

Welcome back Gaffercat!!

Today is my first down with the alternate day diet...I admit, this evening is already a struggle, but until the end of the school day hit and all hell broke loose, I was fine.

This week I am simply trying to stick with my food awareness plan. I haven't gotten back into actively tracking but I've been really happy with how I'm feeling about food and the choices I'm making right now so I'm going to build on that.

Usually I do. Somedays I miss tracking though...one of my goals is to become more dilegent at tracking...

Congrats on your loss!

I'm trying to eat as "Clean" as I can and am doing a combination of Jillian Michaels/boxercise/running.

Are you tracking your calories on SP?"

Well I did my WI this AM...down 2.2.

What kind of eating plans are you working on? What are your activity goals?

I am aiming for more control in my eating this week. Trying out the Alternate Day Diet.
