I've always got a project or two or three going but I seem most productive in the winter with my quilts and woodworking stuff. Photography more in summer. I am an avid gardener so summer also gets a lot of attention there.

I craft less than I'd like because, quite honestly, my life is too cluttered. It will help when I finally finish my craft room because then I can control its clutter (hopefully) and have space to work and not be stifled. But while the rest of my life has clutter, it's difficult to carve time out for crafting.

I did more when my daughter was little. I still do crafts with her. She has a whole mess of things to do. It's like reversed. Sometimes I just go to the craft room to see what she's doing. When she was little it was the other way 'round.

I'd probably say I do more in the winter. In the summer it's hot. I have a/c, but upstairs is always a bit warmer and in the afternoon the sun pours through my craft room making it a bit stuffy.

I always have at least 3 craft projects going. It keeps me busy and relaxed. Since becoming disabled and my kiddo is now almost 23 yrs old I do craft more.

do you craft more in the winter months? summer months? when you are happy? or when you are depressed? does it help you relax? do we tend to craft less now than when we first started because our lives have become to busy or do we craft less now because we choose to be busy and not take time out for us?
