i like a handful of breakfast cereal dry like cherioes as they have different things in them like wheat corn ect. and they are quite low on calories and are yummy too emoticon

I like nuts and sunflower seeds for quick, easy snacks. Plus, I love to eat celery with peanut butter!!

I am hooked on the Quaker Rice Cakes. If I want something sweet...I like the Cinnamon Streusel. If I crave something salty...I go for the cheddar or ranch. They don't have many calories and taste sooo good.

I really like fresh snow pea pods used in oriental cooking. Nice crunch & sweet. Sometimes I eat some mixed nuts with them (not roasted or salted).

Our Dollar Store got in the Oreo Cookie ones and sell them 12 packs for a Dollar. Fantastic buy. Got 3 boxes of them.

I really enjoy the Special K bars. They have a bunch of different flavors, such as blueberry, strawberry, and chocolate and vanilla drizzle. They're only 90 calories, and they could double as an on the go breakfast. Also I really like the 100 calorie packs. They have tons of different kinds. If you go to a wholesale store like Sam's Club or Costco, they have them in bulk for really cheap. emoticon

Pop Corn. I get the WalMart Weaver brand or something like that. Low salt light butter. The bag is I believe 50 calories for the whole bag. Carrots and apples are good too and they also jump start your metabolism.

My husband and I have discovered Philly Swirl popsicles. They are only 10 calories each. I thought they were probably going to be gross since they are only 10 calories.... but we were so wrong. They are very favorful. Heck... I might go get one now emoticon
