Morning. I'm trying to get back to sparking so am checking in with my old teams (sorry about being away so long).

I love gazpacho! But usually have it in the summer time.

As far as eating after fellowships; most of the groups my mom & I meet with always have food available after the main service. We switch it up a bit, so depending on what we are making we prepared it the day before or the day of -like yesterday I did tortolini in red sauce in my crock pot for pot luck after services.

CHANGE: Dont just talk about it, go out there and do it.
Dont just meditate about it, go out there and create it.
Dont just pray about it, go out there and take action;
participate in the answering of your own prayer.
If you want change, get out there and live it."

DH surprised me yesterday with a pitcher full of traditional Spanish gazpacho, which will make a wonderful lunchtime meal. It's so low in calories and high in veggies, and no heating required. I'm really looking forward to it.

I usually have a meal that I put in the crock pot that I turn on before I go to bed the night before. I try to prepare every thing on Friday. For example occasionally I will make a lasagna put it in the fridge overnight and then go ahead and bake in the oven before lunch. For breakfast we either have cereal, muffins, biscuits, or sometimes cinnamon rolls.
I have friends that do more than that and I have friends who do less. I think that is one of those commandments that is hard to figure out.
I do like to see what others do and I'm looking forward to seeing others reply.

I'm wondering how you handle eating on Sabbath, do you cook during Sabbath? If not, can you share what you do?
