Yes it is all of those. Plus I get a psychologist that I can talk to.
I haven't even thought about who is paying for this. I'm in Canada, so because I was referred by doctor to this (it's called rehabilitation therapy), there is no out of pocket cost.
As soon as I reach my goal, to return to work), I'll be discharged,

"Neurology Day Therapy". It sounds like a combination of physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy? Interesting!

Does your insurance pay for this?

Hi. After my last flare up (MS Hug) my dr, signed me up for Neurology Day therapy, I really suggest everyone see about this.

I have gotten very good suggestions from them.
.
One of the things was I was walking up the stairs wrong. I guess when my legs started to go i started doing it wrong. My therapist said I was pushing up instead of forward. All I need to do is pay attention when using them that I am doing it right. Same as walking, I was limping and she said it seems I don't trust my right leg. So I've been slowing down and making sure I am staying on my right leg a little longer.
Can't wait until these become second nature again. I am amazed at how much I had forgotten how my body can move and bend.

I now also have a few books for writing things down. One is my daily agenda and the other is just a note book for things I need to buy etc.

I'm also getting speech therapy to help with wrong words and memory tricks.

This last flare up has me realizing that I can not just ignore the fact I have MS. I really need to deal with it and the reality that I must make changes,
