Interesting... I don't get them in often!
***Turmeric - I do this one because of anti-inflammatory for neuropathy and arthritis - cook with it a fair amount and take capsule daily
***Sauerkraut - I don't enjoy it - do buy it occasionally and just put it on as a small side veggie.
***Beets like them with vinegar and a bit of stevia. maybe twice a month
***Pulses - Love beans but they are so high carb and lot of debate about them ...probably have them in some for 3x a week
***Full fat dairy - This has been a major change for me!!! I just don't feel right eating full fat!!! But it is delicious and reading a lot about KETO has helped that but with heart stents, I don't go overboard either! Having access to local goat milk has been a compromise and adventure - still sorting this one out!!
***Sardines - NOooooooo - I just can't do them!!
***Kale - not fond of it prefer romaine lettuce and spinach - again local grown helps
***Avocado - awe I love them but so expensive!!! I get to have a half of one most days I love their taste, the "good fat" and the fiber all in one!
